A  job shop for the "RADIO-ACTIVE" MAN and the  Original makers  of  the all  Brass quick disconnect coupling since  1985.  Look around,  I have many new products  for  you and if not,  together  we can make what you need…..  I offer machine shop services for the Ham radio or CB operator who needs that special Piece of hardware to support that  screwdriver antenna or bug catcher.  Everything is hand made to close tolerance to match your needs.

Everything that I make for ham radio or CB radio station operators,  I make to last a lifetime. Unlike Radio Shack equipment, my equipment for antenna mounting is strong enough to hold any cb radio antenna.  Any ham radio equipment that you might need to attach to your antenna tower will be totally secured.  Strong enough to handle the antenna booster or motorized tarheel antenna.  My stake pocket mounting bracket for the pick-up truck is a design original that I made for a customer which has proved to be very popular.  My coaxial connector is also original and a new design of my own. It can be used with the backing plate set up and all my mounts or as an antenna mount for antenna's with the PL259 base connection.   ( like the  NGC UHV-6 )

Hi-Q antennas'--

The real good stuff

All brass construction, these CB radio antenna mounts are cut from solid bar stock.

Stainless steel locking bolt on the swivel ball mount for good looks.

Quick disconnect functions on the ball mount and coupling.

1 1/2 inch antenna face on the "flattop" swivel ball mount.

Also, 1 1/2 inch face on the "pedestal" mount.

Extra heavy (1/2-20) mounting bolts, 3/16 cable attachment.

Inter locking insulators, 2 inch OD stainless steel base plates

Can be used with the 4 inch backing Plates as shown to mount to the side of your car.

Aluminum alloy (6061) material used for the stake pocket brackets.

All stainless steel bolts for no rust, good for hard weather.

One size fits ALL trucks, so it is good for whatever you buy.

Designed to fit under a camper top or the tool box on back.

Fast installation, one allen wrench and about two minutes of your time.

Also available as an extra-heavy duty bracket with a top plate 3/8 inch thick to carry the

Really big load. Just won't be able to use under a camper top like the model pictured.

The backing plates are to be used when mounting to the side of your vehicle.  Plates are 4 inches in diameter with the plates made from 3/8 inch thick aluminum and the back plate is tapped so that nuts and washers are not needed.  The bolts pulling it together are stainless steel with stainless lock washers.  Includes a thick rubber washer, center bolt and insulators.

The co-axial cable connectors that I have made ( my own and patent pending design) are made to carry any load.  Just like all my stuff.  They can be pulled as tight as you want and will not stretch under the load. The 1/2-20 threaded stud fits all my mounts and quick disconnects.  The  5/8-24 thread is the same as an SO-239 connector and fits the PL-259 plug used on most co-axial cable connectors.

This connector also doubles as an antenna mount.  If your antenna uses a PL259 base connection ( such as the  NGC UHV-6 ) then this is your mount. The top part is made with thick walls supporting the threads so lots of strength..   SEE HERE
